Cody Daniel Bitner, 27, allegedly uploaded child pornographic images to the social media platform KIK. A detective with the Washington County, Maryland, Sheriff’s Department contacted West Virginia State Police, which led to the criminal complaint. A search warrant was executed and Bitner acknowledged uploading child pornography to different social media accounts. Bitner was arraigned on a felony charge of distribution and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
