infoMan Arrested After Committing Arson, Killing 15 Animals

Jonathan Ramey, 47, was arrested after setting a house on fire, killing 15 animals. Among the animals killed were: 4 ducks, 3 rabbits, 2 geese, 2 dogs, 2 fish, a cat and a snake. The investigation of this crime is ongoing.
