Police responded to an ATM burglar alarm and discovered the ATM machine was missing. Police found the ATM and a truck that was stolen from a dealership. Inside the truck was a phone that belonged to Cortez K. Jefferson, 33. Jefferson is charged with first-degree theft and first-degree mischief.
