infoArrested after child found unconscious with head in toilet

Deputies responded to Knights Inn after reports came in about a drowning. Call notes indicating someones head was in a toilet. Reports show 2 adults and 6 children were found in the room. One of the children did not have a pulse and was not breathing. Another child had visible injuries, swollen eyes and blood in their mouth. Larry Rhodes, 22, and his girlfriend Bianca Blaise, 25 were arrested.
