Pamela Tereza Cabrera, 32, led police on a 30-mile pursuit, reaching speeds of 90 mph, before she crashed her vehicle into a pond. Officers pulled Cabrera out of the water, but were unable locate her 5-year-old daughter. A dive team found the child dead at the bottom of the pond. Cabrera was arrested on several charges, including fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, vehicular homicide and multiple counts of battery.
