Investigators determined that Rodney Davell Thomas Jr., 26, was the gunman in a shooting that left a man dead. After a medical call had come in about a white male laying behind a residence it did not take first responders long to determine the man was dead and that foul play was involved. Thomas was arrested and charged with murder.
