Luis Pena is 9-3 as a pro MMA fighter with a 5-3 UFC record. Pena was arrested on two battery charges. Pena is accused of intentionally striking his girlfriend in the face multiple times with a closed fist and continued to strike her while she was on the ground. Another woman witnessed the attack and attempted to stop it. Pena struck the other woman in the left eye with a closed fist.
