Officer responded to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim, who says she and 45-year-old Hector Jose Gonzalez were involved in a physical altercation after she accused him of having a sexual relationship with his adult stepdaughter.The victim says that during the alleged altercation, Gonzalez attempted to gouge her eyes, pushed her into a kitchen table, and pinned her on the ground. While he was on top of her he choked the victim until she pretended to be unconscious.
