Jeremiah David Barnes has been charged after allegedly assaulting a 13-year-old female minor female and taking photos and videos of her, as well. Barnes, who turned 18 in April, was arraigned on the felony charges of second-degree sexual assault and distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He was also arraigned on the misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a child and production of child erotica.
