The victim told authorities shed been a patient for Batie for five months and during her most recent session, he engaged in several unlawful acts of sexual misconduct with her. Deputies executed an arrest warrant on Tuesday after gathering corroborating evidence which included a biological report. Officials are holding Batie, with no bond.
