Officers responded to a call about a man being stabbed in the St. Vincent de Paul dining room. Police arrested Charles Patrick Soliz, 32. Investigators believe he stabbed a 46-year-old man in the torso and forearm. That man, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Surveillance video showed Soliz approach the victim as he walked out of the building and stabbed him several times. The victim reportedly tried to go back into the building, but Soliz continued to stab him. Soliz was booked on suspicion of first-degree murder.
