infoParked car leads to drug arrest

Officers approached a suspicious car that was parked after midnight and could smell marijuana in the vehicle and saw several Natural Ice beer cans on the passenger side floor. The deputy reported asking Fisher if there was anything illegal in the car and said that Fisher replied there was nothing illegal. As Fisher was getting out of the car, the deputy reported he asked Fisher what she was doing at the park and she replied, I was smoking meth when you pulled up. The arresting deputy reported that during the search, between the drivers seat and console, he found a glass pipe and a plastic bag that contained a green leafy material that tested positive for marijuana. Fisher saw the bag and said I was trying to get rid of all that (expletive) when you pulled up.
