The father of a man who was shot to death has been arrested on a federal firearms charge after an affidavit said he made threats online just hours after his sons death.

Damon Irby Sr., 41, is expected to have an appearance in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio on a criminal complaint charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence.
