74-year-old Juanito Falcon, was walking in the morning when a man attacked him for no apparent reason.

Witnesses identified 40-year-old Marcus Williams as the man who punched Falcon in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants parking lot. They told police Falcon, fell to the ground, striking his head on the pavement.

Initially, Falcon appeared to only suffer abrasions but was taken to a hospital. Doctors discovered a skull fracture. He was rushed to surgery but died from his injuries two days later.

Williams was arrested after an autopsy identified the victims cause of death as blunt force trauma. He was booked into jail on a second-degree murder charge. Williams bond was set at $500,000.
