Former MLB star Johnny Damon arrested for DUI and resisting arrest

47-year-old former Major League Baseball star Johnny Damon was incoherent, seemed unsteady on his feet and had a blood alcohol content more than three times the states legal limit after being pulled over on suspicion of DUI.

He was booked into the Orange County Jail and charged with DUI and resisting an officer without violence.

Damons wife, Michelle Mangan-Damon, was also arrested on charges of battery on an officer and resisting with violence.

Damon was a two-time all star during his 17 year MLB career, winning World Series titles with both the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees.
