Florida man arrested after punching elderly Uber driver that asked him to wear a mask

Christopher Mark Vacha, 30, of Seminole, summoned an Uber to pick him up.

An Uber driver arrived, then asked Vacha to put on a mask before getting in. Vacha then blew into the driverufffds face through the open driverufffds side window.

The driver got out of the vehicle and Vacha punched him in the face.

The driver is over the age of 65, so Vacha was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated battery of an elderly person. He also was arrested on a charge of resisting arrest after he braced and tensed as officers handcuffed him, reports state.
