Florida man arrested for possession of sexually explicit images of children

Local officials received a Cyber Tip last year from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The agency reported that an IP address associated with Kenneth Charles Duggan, 52, had been used to upload three images of child sexual exploitation. Those images generated 17 separate Cyber Tip reports.

Phones seized from Duggan's home showed dozens of images defined by experts as child pornography, according to the arrest affidavit.

Duggan was arrested Saturday at his home on 11 counts of possession of 10 or more photographs involving sexual performance by a child. He was held on $50,000 bond.
