Eric Straight, 50, is charged with aggravated stalking and trespassing. He was arrested early Sunday morning and has since been released on $27,500 bond.
According to an arrest report, the victim's father says Straight -- who he has known for two years and is a neighbor -- has been coming onto his property nude and knocking on his 7-year-old's bedroom window. The father claims Straight has also been talking to her through the window without their permission.
After the mother noticed straight outside the window on August 8th they notified the police and installed a security camera on August 12th. Straight was seen on surveillance video by her bedroom window while nude on these dates: Aug. 12, 14, 15.
Sheriff Bob Johnson said Straight was also seen taking the screen off the window.
