A man accused of firing the shots that killed a 4-year-old boy in Kansas City, Missouri has been arrested in Tulsa.

The Jackson County Prosecutor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s office says Ryson Ellis fired shots into the apartment where 4-year-old LeGend Taliferro was sleeping. The bullets went through a privacy fence and a glass door before fatally hitting the boy.

Police say they believe Ellis knows Taliferro\u00e2\u0080\u0099s father who they say he had an argument a few days prior to the shooting.

Second-Degree Murder charges against Ellis last week. Ellis is also charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.
