Video shared by the Marion County Sheriff\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Office shows Paul Burke slurring his words after police pulled him over for driving his mower in the middle of Highway 316.

Burked attempted to do the field sobriety but stated he couldn\u00e2\u0080\u0099t do it because he had been drinking too much. He was arrested and transported to the \"Gold Star Hotel\".
