Nanny, porn actress arrested in April now charged with human trafficking

The Escambia County Sheriff\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Office obtained at least three videos filmed by Nicole Lynn Walter, age 27, between 2017 and 2018 in which she allegedly performed sexual acts in front of small children as they were crying and playing in the background, the report states. The children are now ages 3 and 6, but the youngest was 15 months old when the videos were recorded.

Walter is accused of financially benefiting from sexual activity involving minors \u00e2\u0080\u0094 a crime defined under Florida law as human trafficking.

\u00e2\u0080\u009cShe is charged under the human trafficking statute, but under the provision that makes it a crime to engage in commercial sexual activity during which any child under the age of 18 is involved,\u00e2\u0080\u009d Assistant State Attorney Greg Marcille said.

According to an arrest report, investigators interviewed at least one person that paid Walter for videos. He told investigators that she had price rates for videos with or without the children, and she offered live Skype video calls with a child seen on camera for $8 per minute.

Simmons said Walter was paid at least $100 for one video.

After executing a search warrant on her home, investigators found sick images of a pre-teen girl posing in sexual positions on a micro-SD card.

They also found videos on her laptop of Walter completely nude and masturbating while \"constantly engaging her children in conversation\u00e2\u0080\u009d, NorthEscambia.com reported.

The three-year-old girl who was involved in the videos told detectives that Walter took photographs and touched her private parts, according to the Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan.

Two other children also told investigators they had seen Walter touch herself in front of a camera, the arrest report said.

Walter remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail without bond.
