5-year-old injured in Orlando shooting; suspect arrested
Four people, including a five-year-old were shot in Orlando Saturday afternoon, police said.
Officers said gunfire was exchanged between adults resulting in which four people were wounded.
Based on reports, shots were fired between Prince and unnamed victims at Windsor Cove and resulted in four people, including a 5-year-old girl and the suspect himself, wounded by the gunfire. The persons involved in the shooting knew each other, police said.
They said two adults were hospitalized for treatment, a third adult did not go to a hospital and a five-year-old was taken to a hospital.
The 5-year-old girl was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital in downtown Orlando with non-life-threatening injuries and was released on Saturday evening, according to OPD. The girl was released into the custody of relatives who don\u00e2\u0080\u0099t live in the apartment complex, police said.
Two adult victims were hospitalized for treatment, while a third victim did not have to go to the hospital.
