Keith Rawson, 46, and another man were fighting in front of the Circle K, when Rawson smashed a soda on the victim's head. Rawson also punched the victim about 10 times in the face and head.
The victim is partially paralyzed and in a wheelchair, which made it hard for him to defend himself. The man suffered injuries to his face and head.
The victim told officers he did not know Rawson or why he was attacked.
A store clerk witnessed the incident and told officers that the victim was hit at least a dozen times while in his wheelchair.
After officers saw the surveillance video and spoke to more witnesses, they arrested Rawson.
