Gregory Seipel, of Ludlow Falls, is accused of grabbing a man by the back of the head and putting a razor blade to his neck and cutting him.
\u00e2\u0080\u009c(The victim) said he made bacon this morning for breakfast,\u00e2\u0080\u009d a Miami County Sheriff\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Office report read. \u00e2\u0080\u009cHe said Mr. Seipel was arguing with him about the bacon and the amount\u00e2\u0080\u009d he had eaten.
