Police say a West Valley man was driving around schools Monday before he forced a student walking home from Hunter High School into his car, then duct taped her and took her to his home where he drugged her and raped her.
The teen's mother contacted police to report her daughter missing on Monday after she didn't make it home from school.
A neighbor's doorbell camera captured the girl walking home from school at 2:20 p.m. when a vehicle pulled up next to her. The driver, who police later identified as Lujan, was seen talking to the student. Video footage shows the girl getting into the vehicle and it driving away.
Two hours later, the 15 year old was found \"crying hysterically and running frantically through the area,\".
