Accused \"Penis Man\" graffiti tagger Dustin Shomer, 38, announced on Facebook early Saturday morning that \"25 heavily armed SWAT officers\" had arrested him on January 23 at his Phoenix condo.
Shomer has since created a GoFundMe page with a goal of $10,000.
\"I'm broke and have lost my job,\" Shomer wrote. \"I need help with legal fees to defend myself against Tempe PD. I've got bad PTSD and had an AR-15 in my face 2 days ago. That s--t was real scary.\"
