Q. Is everyone listed here guilty of a charge?
A. No. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Q. Isn’t this violating my rights?
A. No. Booking records are considered public record. We have the same civil liberties publishing booking records as other news outlets, such as newspaper and television news.

Q. Once you have booking data data can it be removed?
A. Yes. Click through to the booking records details and click “Data Removal”.

Q. Is it free to view the mug shots?
A. Yes. It is 100% free of charge to view our data based mug shots and booking info.

Q. Do you plan on requiring users to register?
A. No. The public is free to peruse the mug shot database without registering.

Q. Is the US Jails network ran by a government agency?
A. No. We are not affiliated with any local, state or federal government agency.

Q. Are you violating copyright law posting these images?
A. No. According to Federal Law copyright does not prohibit the reproduction of public records.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. All charge reversals on completed services are treated as theft of services and a claim will be filed in our local small claims court to recover the original service fee, charge back fee, administration fee, and attorney fees.
